工作內容 : Job Responsibilities/Duties:



• Handle day to day HR & administration duties including recruitment & selection; office administration etc.

• Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records;

• Prepare reports to Department Head;

• Track vendor contracts and payments and ensure all payments are up to date;

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 years’ relevant human resources & administration experience, preferably strong in administration experience

• Ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion

• Able to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly and always positive attitude
